How do I place an order?+
Add items to your cart and tap “Order on WhatsApp”. Your order details are sent to us automatically and we confirm availability, delivery and payment with you.
How many bundles do I need?+
One set is enough for a full install for every hairstyle. For Burmese Curly, we recommend 2 sets.
Do you deliver nationwide?+
Yes, The Bundle Lab delivers nationwide and is based in Abuja, Lagos, and Calabar. Delivery to other states takes 3–5 working days.
Can I get a refund?+
We do not offer refunds on completed orders. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos so we can review a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
